Kay Simpson was born in Washington D.C. and raised in Mississippi. Upon moving to Houston in 1969 she embraced a career in sales and marketing. She was the owner of two separate companies for several years before joining The Houston Chronicle sales staff. Her intense sales background has proven to be a tremendous platform for the real estate profession.
Having owned two businesses, Kay is especially comfortable with the concept of making her real estate practice a custom, hands-on approach for her clientele.
Her excellent people skills prompt excelling time and again as she is able to fulfill her client's expectations. Solutions to any situation come very easy for Kay as she is an excellent listener focusing intently on her customer's needs. Her work ethic is unsurpassed and this real estate pro is known to work very well under pressure. This former business owner of 32 years knows what it takes to succeed and would choose the term determination to best describe herself.
Kay is involved in the Clear Lake Chamber of Commerce and has served as Epicurean Chairman and Expo Chairman. She served on the twenty thousand member Sagemont Church Visionary Team from 2013 to 2016 and has been active in the Journey of Promise Widows Ministry since 2012. She serves as president of BellaVita Belles, her neighborhood ladies organization, since 2015.
Kay has a daughter and a son. She enjoys traveling, swimming and sewing.
